| 1 | Cup | Flour |
| 1/4 | Tsp. | Salt |
| 6 | Tbsp. | Butter |
| 1 | Egg yolk | |
| 2 | Tbsp. | water (cold) |
1. Beat egg yolk and water in a bowl.
2. Add flour mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes in plastic wrap.
