1. Beat eggs and stir in cream. Add bread crumbs and let stand 5 minutes.
2. Cook onion in butter and then add to egg mixture.
3. Combine the other ingredients.
4. Shape meatballs and brown them.
5. Add boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
